James has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and property finance in Australia. James was previously a Director of Structured Finance at UBS Investment Bank, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing securitisation bond offerings. He has also been the Chief Investment Officer for the Ashe Morgan Winthrop property group and worked in corporate finance at Chase Manhattan Bank.
